I prefer them with real salmon, to be honest - but the tinned version has its place too. I loved the Chalet School! I liked how they spoke three languages and had Abendessen and so on. And there were some evil girls, but they always had reason to be evil and reformed!!!<br />Lashings of lemonade: perfect!<br /><br />Julie, my hair is chin-length and straight and I dry it every morning so concentration isnt THAT necessary (!). I actually quite like the crust on fish cakes but these look deliciously and without that obtrusive crunch...not to mention you used proper salmon and not stuff from a tin.
